For a 90 minute appointment you had the car for 4.5 hours. There was confusion over what services needed carrying out and even though the key and the car have the service information it was kind of left up to me to decide what needed doing.

My dashcam was unplugged and not reconnected. When I reconnected it, the cable that connects the rear camera to the main dashcam was broken. I have arranged remedial work and a replacement cable at my own expense.

The video that was sent through was great, the service I got from the representative at the end was great. The drop off was a real pain where I was in a queue with lots of other cars to drop off. I arrived at 9am and wasn't able to leave until 10am

My concern is with booking service appointments. There are too few replacement cars available, so I am always offered an all day appointment. Why can't a simple time slot of 2 or 3 hours be offered to avoid long waits or costly taxi rides??

It took a little more time than i would expect to get the car into the 'holding area' as only a single lane was in use. That was frustrating. A 90 minute drop off and wait time was nearer 180 minutes despite no additional work being required.
